We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Payment Plan details page. Some users may see the error message "We encountered an error trying to get your payment method. Please try again." when viewing the payment method on a payment plan.
Payment plan installments continue to process successfully. This issue is isolated to the display of payment method information on the payment plan details page.
Our team is actively investigating the root cause.
